We are usually booked out 3 months in advance and can't often reschedule appointments, because most people can't change plans last minute and people travel to get here. This means cancellations cause a problem, especially if staff loose work and still need to be paid.

Therefore all clients must PAY A $50 DEPOSIT TO secure an appointment.

This deposit comes out of the cost on the day.

*** DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 72 HRS (3 days) OR FORGET, this helps a little to account for loss of income.
